Octo Diving is a cross between scuba and snorkeling that allows you to dive into the depths of the sea and still allows for the comforts of snorkeling. No experience is required for this mesmerizing tour, that will be an unforgettable experience filled with incredible marine life encounters and breathtaking seascapes.

Octopus Diving is a special type of dive that uses a hookah air system which does not require a air tank to be worn on the diver’s back. Instead, it uses a float to hold the tank, which is located at the surface. The air is delivered to the diver via a floating air hose and regulator. So, you can easily swim down and explore or swim at the surface without worrying about water getting in a snorkel.
 
One of our guides who is experienced and knowledgeable with the local reefs will help you navigate through the beautiful coral reef so you can get the most out of your Hookah diving adventure here in Rincon, Puerto Rico.

Our excursions are not just about kayaking, they’re a gateway to a realm of thrilling experiences. Paddle through serene waters and snorkel alongside vibrant marine life in this adventure.

We will kayak the coast of Tres Palmas Natural Reserve in our 2 person kayaks, and snorkel along the way to be able to explore the beautiful coral reefs and marine life here in Rincon Puerto Rico. We kayak down the coast to see the land from the sea. Along the way we will stop to snorkel the Reserva Marina Tres Palmas ( Steps Beach ) outer coral reefs that are harder to access by swimming.

Glow Night Snorkeling

Experience the magic of the ocean like never before with our Glow Night Snorkeling Adventure. Dive into the mysterious world of bioluminescence and fluorescence, where the waters come alive with an enchanting natural light show (some nights have more then others). Our expert guides will lead you through this mesmerizing nocturnal adventure in Puerto Rico. We use regular lights most of the time and on certain parts of the reef the guide will turn on a special light to make the fluorescence (greens an oranges) pop with brilliant color. Also we will have everyone hold there light to there chest in a certain area to view the bioluminescence (some nights there are way more than others) .
 
Experience Puerto Rico diving in a whole new way!
 
Experience Glow Night Snorkeling. also named Fluorescence Snorkeling, Fluoro Snorkeling, or Disco Snorkeling. When glow snorkeling we use a special UV flashlight to enhance the stunning colors and unbelievable beauty of the underwater world. Some of the critters and corals that you swam past earlier will be worth a second look as some glow bright green, orange, blue, and pink.
 
Fluorescence light absorbs high-energy light and re-emits it as low-energy light. This is different from phosphorescence light which has the capability to store light and re-emit it over a longer period of time.
 
This special type of snorkeling requires a guest to be comfortable with night snorkeling and have skills to comfortably snorkel. While the glow illuminates the surrounding area and all the snorkel guests have flashlights, there are still many safety concerns that guests need to be prepared for before jumping in. Are you ready to step up your skin diving skills and learn how to safely hunt and collect lionfish, and other fish or shellfish in season. Not only could you catch your dinner but by ridding the waters of the invasive lionfish you will be helping our delicate marine eco system. Book this course for a exhilarating experience you will remember. You will learn safe and proper spear handling and use, collection unit handling and use, safe buddy system practices, safe hunting techniques, how to safely remove and clean the catch, and be given recommendations on recipes to try with the catch that you will be allowed to take home. Even though we catch fish 90% of the time we can not guarantee you will.

The purpose of this course is to actively allow the guests to engage in the hunting and collection of lionfish and to learn the necessary rules for safely and legally hunting underwater. Prudent and conservative techniques of both aspects must be exercised.
